does anybody have info were you could buy a factory sealed crate for a late model or a purestock we called the dealer as it is listed on penncan site and they dont participate in that we are told so any info  out there ? what dealers do this some one said jegs?      purestockj1@yahoo.com

Try calling Allen Hornbeck. He's a Chevy dealership in Forest City, Pa. Only 20 miles or so from you and I'm pretty sure if he doesn't have them he can tell you who does.

I do not know where you are from; try Bennetts Car care in Euclid,NY. Last I knew Bob was selling 602's for $3250.00 and there is a current rebate on those engines for $300.00 and it expires on 12/31/2009.

we are from scranton pa we called tom hesser chevy he is the bigest chevy dealer in town and he does not do nothing like that he told us so i was confused were to get these motors from  thanks for all the inquires

Maybe this is part of the reason gm is in trouble!! sounds like not all dealers are on board... you would  think they would be... Not a hard sell here is the motor that is the price thank u very much..

I would think they could order it for you, they are after all GM genuine parts, especially if they have a service dept. Maybe that dealer should have been on the chop list when it came out! I would call a few close dealers before mail order (jegs,etc)
