what happened to woodhulls website-race reports? why isnt it updated? whos gonna run this year or not ?you gots one of the best racing in n.y.s. but are last in keeping fans informed!!!!!!!!!!!

Alan Taylor Passes .
The staff and management of the Woodhull Raceway mourns the loss of long time track supporter, Alan Taylor who passed away Thursday, February 24, 2012 after a long battle with cancer.
Giving of his time and energy to help support the local race community, Taylor has long been involved in numerous capacities at Woodhull including on track officiating, track mascot duties as well as a sponsor. On many occasions he would promote special events such as Dash for Cash races and Non Feature Winner events for what he considered to be ?Underdog Racers? with his feelings being that every driver should be able to showcase their talents.
Alan leaves behind a wife, daughter and son as well as a multitude of friends. His presence will be sorely missed.
Details of calling hours and burial services have not been released at this time.
