Vortec heads cut for more valve lift.

Who in Rochester NY can take my stock vortec heads and cut the seats and guides so I can run a bigger cam. Also looking to have set up for screw in studs with guide plates.

Kinda related. Does anyone know why they don't allow vortec heads in the asphalt sportsman mods? Seems it would make it easier for super stock guys to move up if they did. I also can't imagine their an advantage over the RHS and Dart heads.
