So I see that everyone was back at Shang 2 this weekend after being at the Glen last weekend. So did the get 312 fans this week ?

Any updates on Tyler Rypkema condition  after leaving the track in a ambulance    scary wreck with the fire    Who would have thought a Zacharias was capable of a sh##  move like that

tj and jimmy should be banned from ever racing at shang 2.  This is getting really ridiculous.  Jimmy did this in 2010 at a different racetrack and got away with it.  The worse part is they probably dont think they did anything wrong.  The way that they race is pure b/s

Here is the update from the Rypkema Racing Facebook page..."Heading home. Thankfully, just a broken arm to take care of Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers!"  Hope he has a spped recovery.  He seems like a great well rounded kid.

Its a shame really, jimmy broke Tonys back slamming him in the wall at chemung and now tj breaks Tyler's wrist and lucky that's all that happened since his car was on fire! When are they going to learn that sometimes you are going to get passed in racing and to just realize that you might not win that race. poor sportsmanship.

bristol lol, he will either run 25 laps or be 25 laps down. way out of his league. they finished 7th out of 12 at lancaster a track they have run at before.

Jimmy Zacharias (Candor, NY) only led for a few feet in the 25-lap Sportsman Modified feature but it was enough to snag his 2nd Sportsman Modified feature of the year.  Tony Hanbury led the lion?s share of the race; however, he received a severe penalty following a close loss.  The race itself was slowed by 4 cautions, 2 of which left several cars battered and eliminated from the event.  Just past the halfway point Dave Catalano spun in turn 4 but, in slowing down, heat winner Tyler Rypkema and Jody Buckley got together coming off turn 2 and both cars were damaged and done.  When racing resumed Hanbury was able to hold off Zacharias in their drag race to turn 1.  Three laps later Mikayla Rypkema got together with Paul Johnson on the front stretch.  Both cars were damaged, with a very upset Johnson getting the worst of the deal.  Again Hanbury held off Zacharias on the restart but the defending champ was relentless in his pursuit of the top spot.  As they came off turn 4 on the final lap Zacharias was on the outside and he edged Hanbury at the stripe.  What happened next was a pile-up in turn 1 that sent John Wilber airborne and collected at least 3 other cars.  Deemed retaliation by track officials, Hanbury was scored as the last car on the lead lap (11th).  Wilber finished 2nd, followed by Jeff Frisbee, Zach Curren and Tom Catalano.

Consi always forgets about how his buddy Dinglebury, got mad when he got schooled coming out of turn 4 on the last lap and took out the lead pack on June 2, 2012.

I don't think any drivers left in the ambulance the night dinglebury had his brain fade. This is twice now two separate drivers have had season ending wrecks because of the Zach kids. More tracks need to follow the same steps the ROC has taken.

i dont see where the 2 incidents have any connection? what does tj breaking tylers wrist have to do with a race that happened 2 years ago between 2 other drivers? ernie go smoke some more crack because you make no sense. and go take your wife for a walk instead of going to the roc tour race.

If they let him win track champ like chemung after they wreck and hurt the other driver, I will lose all respect for the sl2 management. Like I did for chitmung management!

Oh, it's ok to wreck 3 or more other cars when you get mad as long as no one leaves in an ambulance? When he pulled that bonehead move, was it guaranteed that no one would get hurt? Wilber did get airborn, but I guess Dinglebury is a fortune teller and could tell that there would be no injuries, only tore up racecars.

IIRC Jimmy Z. decided not to run anymore ROC races, he wasn't banned.

Of course you don't see any connection, you only see what you want to see. When your precious Dinglebury takes out the lead pack and gets called on it by the track officials, you don't say a word. But let a member of the Zach family or someone in one of their cars do something wrong and you're one of the first to start bashing. Heck, you complain because they bring cars to the track and let other drivers run them.

I have a relative to races locally, and when he pulls a bonehead move, I'm one of the first to call him out on it.

Personally if we keep banning drivers from racing there will be no one left to race. Then you will all get on here and complain like you do because there is no cars racing. We need every car and driver at the track as we fan get. No matter were we race ut always going to have incidents.  It happens it part of racing. Stop crying bout it. The zack family bleeds racing . U all complained because they brought to many cars to help the support.  Now they bring none and u complain there is no cars. Stop bitching and enjoy what racing we have left. We need every car we can get .
