What can be done to make mustangs competitive with the                  vtechs that Raceway 5 is letting run this year?

Why do we seem to be the last track to have anything done? Remember its not official tills its in writing. Let the teams be in on rules.

I spoke with Jim today to ask about the Vtech motors.  He read to me, yes they are going to be allowed.  I asked why now and not last year-Jim replied that there are a lot of them on the road and it is easier for people to access them for a ministock.  I also asked about splitting the class, front wheel vs rear wheel to try to keep the cars as equal as possible-They will be running the cars together, Jim didn't feel that the Vtechs had any advantage over anything else, he said that he's hearing that the non vtech motors are winning over the vtech.  This is something that we as drivers on non-vtech motor cars will have to monitor.  Jim did tell me that they are going to be sealing motors this year, to prevent problems like the ones that crept up last year with some of our fellow contestants.

Ok I can live with that. How does that work if for some reason we have to work on motors, never had any sealed.
