Many of the dreams and concepts that came from the mind of Ken Squier decades ago, are still the foundation of the Thunder Road International Speedbowl today.
From the institution that is “Thursday Nights at Thunder Road”, to the events rich in historical significance like the Vermont Milk Bowl, Memorial Day Classic, Labor Day Classic, Vermont Governor’s Cup and more. These ideas and events have been enjoyed by generations of racers and short track fans, and they will continue to be enjoyed by generations more because of Ken Squier.
We have some amazing things being planned to pay tribute to the one and only Kenley Dean Squier at “The Nation’s Site of Excitement” throughout our 2024 season and beyond, and we can’t wait to share those when the time comes!
