I am a big Richie Evans fan. This link has some great photos from November 2010 Turkey Derby at Wall Stadium, scrolling down to photo number 14 is a pic of Tara Evans... looks like she tried to qualify????

I think I figured this out.
Tara Evans was six years old, when her dad passed away. Tara is engaged to Modified racer Tommy Farell. For her birthday he surprised her with her own race car. The car is equipped with a crate engine for her to compete in the track's Sportsman division (Wall Stadium). Tara said she's not interested in making a career out of racing, she just wants to have fun and enjoy the experience.

Having TE in a RE at the Palace would seem to me be a natural for a promoter to take advantage of. Find some way to get her some seat time up there prior to the running of the ROC and see if she could make the field in the Sportsman race. Why, I'd bet even Pounder' would watch that. But what the hell do I know about promotion?
