Dating back to 2005, there have been 12 different winners of the Empire 100 at Outlaw Speedway. Of those 12, there have been four that have won twice (Chris Fisher, Kurt Stebbins, Glenn Whritenour, and Dylan Cecce). Of those four, there is only one who has won three times. Dylan Cecce won in 2017, 2021, and 2023.
