Modifieds or whatever the headlining class is right in the middle of the order & rotate the other classes.

Agree with Mike. Put your feature division on 2nd or 3rd, rotate everyone else around that.

LOL.
Some of you could clean up the goofiness/silliness and the track debris with the brooms from the witches before their feature?

No matter what anyone does at their track, you cannot satisfy everyone. So no matter what happens at Black Rock this season, SOMEONE SOMEWHERE is going to find fault with it.

The idea of keeping the modifieds last is to keep fans there through the entire show. This track has taken a beating by teams and fans alike in recent history, and it deserves better.

on a clear night no rain in forecast run them as normal. However, if rain is in the forecast run the premier division or featured race first then break it down to highest to lowest car count after or rotation.

I like the headline division being last feature as long as the show is tight and kept to a reasonable time.  If a support class is dragging the show on at the beginning of the night, maybe that is where you pull them off and let them think about it for a few features and bring them back out after the Mods?  I think the majority will go home happy and on some nights that is a victory in itself right?  Black Rock is going to be exciting this season.

To answer the question originally asked- I think last year showed that the IMCA Modifieds need good consideration for first feature out.  The racing they put on, while the track was in prime condition, I'd put up against any other division.

Two things. What ever is the best for your track surface and what ever makes the "majority" of your fans happy. Weather is a consideration also.

When I raced at New Smyrna they rotated each night. Some nights we were done early and others it seamed like the sun was about to come up.

Run the headline division first.  That way fans can see the main event, and those that only care about watching the headline class can leave early if they want to.  Those of us that enjoy watching the support divisions also can choose to stay and watch as much or as little of the rest of the show as we want to.
