If they told someone that, then its time to find a new track as people work way to hard and spend to much of there hard earned money to be sh!t on and have NO place to air there problems !! Why on earth would you bother having a pit shack for if ya can't talk to someone when needed ! I an NOT saying to spend every minute there crying over spilled milk BUT come on there are concerns that need to be addressed at times everywhere..........
