2023 Airborne Speedway Track Champions

Chris Raabe of Alexandria, Ontario clinched the DIRTcar 358-Modified Championship back on Wednesday, August 23 with his second place finish in the final 30-lap feature of the season for the division.
With rainouts providing a challenge this season, the 358-Modified division had five point counting events, with one of them being a show up points event for the Big Block/Small Block Challenge.
In the four regular point counting events, Raabe didn’t finish outside of the top three in any of the features. One win, two seconds and a third place finish was enough to give Raabe his second career championship at Airborne.

Plattsburgh’s Travis Bruno collected his third consecutive Sportsman Championship.
Bruno did so without scoring any victories during the season. With three events remaining, Bruno found himself with an 18 point deficit. Over the final three events, consistency paid off as a pair of fifth place finishes and a seventh place finish was enough to secure a 20 point margin of victory in the championship standings.
Over the course of the season, Bruno had five top-5 finishes and 10 top-10 finishes in 12 starts.

Turner collected just one win on the season, but finished in the top-5 on 9 different occasions in 12 point counting events. He finished inside the top-10 in all but one of those 12 events.
