The ROC and John White are in negotiations on a lease at present. Look for 6 races again at the Speedway this year. The two modified dates will be 7/11 and then 8/29 for the Maynard Troyer Classic....

Lon, I agree, the show was lacking some star power. Matt Hirschman, Andy Jankowiak, and Chuck Hossfeld are all expected at the MTC III in September. We have a great purse, are also raising fan money, and hope to draw a full field and couple other invaders. ...Not sure what good it does to...

Against my better judgement but here goes... "rather low car counts"...Lon, the show you went to had 23 modifieds on hand. I'd say that was pretty damn good in this environment. "Asphalt racing is dead"...see above...Good racing and good crowds at all 3 ROC events this year. People still love...

Not sure why you think something is wrong. They ran 4 nights in 2021 and they were packed for every one of 'em. No reason for them to change nights... Because of the cost involved in running asphalt, it is a mistake to try to run every week in this environment, IMO..... I agree with Admin...

Well,...... It's in there under the ROC banner... Spencer Speedway has been running Friday nights for over 60 years.... NOT rocket science....

Yes, Jeff DeMink and Joe Skotnicki are leasing the track again this year. The ROC is the sanctioning body. The 9/2 race will feature mods and sportmods....
